Delivery and Returns
Please allow 7-10 working days for a bash-in-a-box.
Delivery time on stock items ranges between 3-5 working days. Should you require a more urgent delivery please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Delivery times on stock orders may vary according to stock availability. Should there be a delay with your order we will notify via email.
You may choose to:
- Select an alternate product to replace the out of stock item/s
- Request a refund
- Wait for the item/s to arrive
Prices quote exclude shipping costs
We deliver nationwide. Delivery is by courier only.
Once your order has gone off you will receive a tracking number and courier details.
Same day/urgent deliveries carry a surcharge.
Deliveries take place on week days only.
* Please note: any unusually large, heavy and fragile parcels will need to be quoted over and above normal fees. I will contact you if your order exceeds the normal delivery criteria.
- If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased it must be reported to Bash within 48 hours.
- Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you did not use the item and they are returned in the same condition as you received them. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable and we will only refund you the cost of the goods returned.
- The onus is on the client to deliver the package back to bash. We are however able to send our courier to collect at the clients cost.
- In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either supply a refund or exchange the goods at our sole discretion.
If your order is not delivered, or delivered faulty, it is insured and will be replaced in accordance with the courier company ‘s insurance policy.
